Our journey commences from Arusha as we head towards the breathtaking Tarangire National Park. Spanning an impressive 2,600 square kilometres, this park reveals its true magnificence during the dry season. It becomes a spectacle as numerous migratory wildlife species return to the enduring waters of the Tarangire River. Huge herds of wildebeest, zebras, elephants, eland and oryx gather to stay in Tarangire until the onset of the rains when they migrate again to good grazing areas. Expect to encounter large herds of elephants while here that are accustomed to vehicles. You will enjoy your lunch at the park and later have an evening game drive before heading to your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay.

After breakfast, we proceed to the Central part of Serengeti. Our journey takes us to the central region of the Serengeti. Renowned for its robust population of resident wildlife, this area is especially famed for the “big five” – a term coined for the five most sought-after trophies in hunting: Lion, Leopard, Elephant, Buffaloes, and Rhinos.

After breakfast, we will leave for Central Serengeti National Park, accompanied by a picnic lunch and engaging in a game drive en route. Serengeti, renowned for its extraordinary wildlife and breathtaking landscapes, is especially celebrated for the annual migration of over 1.5 million wildebeest and hundreds of thousands of zebras. This remarkable spectacle, marked by territorial conquests and frenzied mating, unfolds from July to October.
Witness the compelling drama of survival as these animals navigate crocodile-infested waters during their pilgrimage. Notably, the wildebeest population produces more than 8,000 calves daily before commencing the 1,000 km (600-mile) journey once again.

After breakfast, we will journey to Ngorongoro for a captivating crater tour, descending to the crater floor for a day of exploration with a picnic. This unique ecosystem harbours around 20,000 mammals, including approximately 20 black rhinoceros, making it the prime location in Tanzania to witness these extraordinary creatures. The crater floor boasts one of the highest concentrations of carnivores globally, with frequent sightings of lions, cheetahs, hyenas, and jackals. Additionally, a stroke of luck might reveal elusive leopards, servals, and bat-eared foxes.

After breakfast, we return to the Arusha Hotel for lunch. In the afternoon, you will catch a flight from Kilimanjaro International Airport to Zanzibar.

After a delightful lunch, continue your exploration with a countryside tour to the spice plantations. Immerse yourself in the rich history of this place, greeted by the intoxicating aroma of spices like nutmeg and cinnamon. Subsequently, we take you to Nungwi for a 2-night stay at Z Hotel.
